Chapter 12

The gray wolf Wolbeli silently watched the little one before him. Tentatively, he moved his tail, trying to pull it free from the small paws holding it, but... he failed.
The little one, still clutching Wolbeli’s big, fluffy tail, noticed the wolf’s subtle twitch. Mistaking it for playful teasing, he pressed his cheek against the tail and rubbed happily, almost soaring with joy.
There was no other way—Su You was genuinely delighted. Until today, he had been alone in a cramped dimensional space, with nothing but his bear plushie and Teacher Little Sunflower for company.
He had never seen the real sky, the vast ocean, or genuine fluffy creatures and expansive grasslands.
But today was different!
Today, he had made new friends—Tongtong—and through a transparent orb, he had glimpsed the beautiful sky and twinkling stars of the universe. Now, he had arrived in a brand-new world: blue skies, green grasslands, and wonderfully soft, fluffy beings!
The child was overjoyed beyond measure.
Gazing at the fluffy Wolbeli before him, the little one earnestly told System 001, “Tongtong, Teacher Little Sunflower was right—the amusement park really is so much fun, and the fluffy creatures there are truly adorable!”
System 001 fell silent for two seconds after hearing Su You’s words, feeling as if his godlike intellect was momentarily malfunctioning.
As for Wolbeli, the gray wolf, at that very moment, he felt no need at all to understand what this little one was babbling about.
Fluffy creatures?
Little animals?
An amusement park?!
Furious, Wolbeli howled skyward—there was no choice. The mighty gray wolf warrior Wolbeli was furious and utterly baffled why he could not break free from the tiny paws clinging to his tail.
And this little bean, not even as tall as his front paw, dared to call the Selnah Grasslands—territory ruled by the entire gray wolf clan—an amusement park?!
In the gray wolf language, the Selnah Grasslands signified danger and the unknown—even across the entire 12,768th dimension, this grassland was a domain that other advanced beast tribes dared not invade lightly.
Yet now, in the eyes of this little bean, the Selnah Grasslands were merely... an amusement park?!
Wolbeli howled again in frustration—he didn’t resist doing something more dangerous, but once his tail was inexplicably trapped by this seemingly harmless little one, it was impossible to pull free. And when he tried to kick the little bean with his hind claws, his sharp claws were retracted again...
The brave and talented gray wolf warrior Wolbeli was utterly desperate.
The force he used when kicking the little bean was so gentle that even the weakest newborn gray wolf cubs wouldn’t be harmed.
This wasn’t the strength to kill an enemy; it was more like a tickle.
Wolbeli never thought he would have such a “gentle” day—though it was forced gentleness.

At this moment, the originally anxious System 001 and the half-orc warrior number 098, Salvador, had completely relaxed.
Though they didn’t know exactly why, they both saw that this huge wolf-shaped wild beast was utterly incapable of harming Su You.
Especially Salvador, the half-orc warrior #098, who now fully regarded Su You as the Beast God’s chosen one sent to save him.
—By the Beast God above, the Beast God would never abandon his most devoted follower.
—For the sake of his most revered Beast God, he would faithfully follow the Beast God’s son before him, protecting this bravest and greatest little lord who had come to save him!
Little Su You was unaware of what the half-orc warrior was thinking, for all his attention was absorbed by the enormous fluffy creature before him.
Still clutching Wolbeli’s big tail, the little one looked at the fluffy beast with eager anticipation.
—I want to ride on it so badly!
—If You You could climb on its back and wrap his arms around the fluffy beast’s neck, he would be the happiest baby in the world today!
At only three and a half years old, the little cub had completely mistaken Wolbeli for a giant bear plushie. He had no idea what inner torment and struggle the brave gray wolf warrior was enduring.
Poor Wolbeli felt incredibly unlucky today—if only he hadn’t let the half-orc prey escape deliberately to toy with it. If he had dealt with the prey as soon as he found it, he wouldn’t be in this mess now.
Though Wolbeli was unwilling, the situation was clear: if he didn’t accept this little one’s request, he would remain stuck, his tail held fast.
Faced with such circumstances, the mighty gray wolf Wolbeli had no choice but to kneel in surrender.
Grudgingly, Wolbeli lifted his head for a final howl before slowly lowering himself onto the grass, bringing his body to its lowest point.
No choice—this little cub wasn’t even as tall as his front paw. Unless he lowered himself completely, the cub could never climb onto his back.
Wolbeli felt mad—not only was he forced to accept such a humiliating demand, but he also had to consider the little one’s needs so carefully. He thought he must be losing his mind.
As he lay on the ground, Wolbeli deliberately glanced at his original prey, the half-orc Salvador. The fierce gray wolf warrior’s piercing blue eyes glared at the half-orc, warning the weak prey not to attempt a sneak attack now.
Salvador noticed Wolbeli’s fierce gaze and immediately understood the wolf’s warning—but of course, he wouldn’t dare strike now. After all, his beloved little lord hadn’t yet climbed onto Wolbeli’s back!
Indeed, though Salvador couldn’t understand the cub’s language, he understood why Wolbeli was lying down.
Wolbeli was bowing down entirely for his most revered Beast God’s little lord!
Oh, Beast God above!
This little lord who had saved him was truly the Beast God’s son!
Only the Beast God’s son could so effortlessly tame this terrifying wolf-shaped wild beast!
Watching his beloved little lord about to mount the gray wolf wild beast’s back—in Salvador’s native dimension, this was the ultimate symbol of a fierce beast’s complete submission to the half-orc tamer.

Seeing this scene before him, Salvador nearly wanted to shout “Long live” to his dear little lord.
Meanwhile, in Salvador’s mind, the soldier king system #098, bound to him as his host, stared silently at the scene with an odd sense of confusion.
System 098 repeatedly reviewed his host’s data—Salvador was no fool. If he wasn’t an idiot, he should remember that when landing in this dimension, the system had transmitted the dimensional data to him.
The 12,768th dimension was home to advanced beast tribes. Any non-beast life form appearing here wouldn’t most likely be the so-called Beast God’s son but rather another soldier king candidate competing in this soldier king elimination contest.
:)
System 098 once believed that among all soldier king systems, his strength should not be at the bottom—but now he understood why he was ranked lowest among all.
He thought his biggest problem wasn’t his computational abilities, but his luck.
...After all, in a secondary dimension of moderate intelligence, being bound to a naive fool like his host required some degree of luck.
In short, half-orc Salvador had no idea that the little cub before him was one of his soldier king elimination opponents.
At this moment, he was watching with eager anticipation the world-famous scene of his little lord taming a wild beast.
Though unwilling, Wolbeli the gray wolf still obediently lay down.
The moment he lowered himself, Su You’s eyes lit up. He dashed to Wolbeli’s side and asked, “Fluffy, can I get on now?”
The silent gray wolf warrior Wolbeli could accept this mysterious cub climbing onto him, but he could no longer tolerate being called “Fluffy.”
Angrily, Wolbeli howled, “You damned little cub, my name is Gray Wolf Wolbeli!”
Confused, Su You couldn’t understand this foreign language. He sensed that “Fluffy” was trying to say something—but he didn’t understand the language of the fluffy beast!
Fortunately, the “kind” System 001 noticed his host’s need and gently explained to Su You in a calm, deep voice, “You You, it’s telling you its name is Gray Wolf Wolbeli.”
Upon hearing 001’s translation, the little one’s eyes sparkled, and he tapped his chest, saying to Wolbeli, “Hello, Lili! My name is Su You, but you can call me You You!”
Wolbeli: “...”
The silent gray wolf warrior nearly lost his breath—damned Lili!
He had never heard anyone pronounce his name with such flavor!
The sorrowful gray wolf warrior didn’t want to say anything more. He turned his head and howled at the cub, “Come on up, you damned little thing!”
